Pete Firman

Pete Firman - Scoundrel

Prepare to be amazed and amused as 'the UK's leading comedy magician' (Time Out) returns to Darlington with an astonishing new show.

Star of BBC1's The Magicians and recently seen on BBC2's The Sarah Millican Television Programme and Channel 4's Mash-Up.

Part comedian, part magician, all scoundrel!

“The man from Middlesbrough sets the pace for comedy-meets-magic in the 21st century” - The Times

“The new poster-boy for British comedy magic” - Telegraph

“Impressive, well-executed illusions delivered with the same speed and lightness of touch as his surgically-precise one-liners” - List

Gavin Webster

Gavin Webster - Don’t Give Any Money to Comic Relief and Other Opinions

Back with a show that includes that modern cardinal sin: opinions. Opinions about the world that aren’t the accepted opinions.

Expect jokes, lampooning, dark observations and bad ukulele playing alongside glorious crash, bang, wallop set pieces and musical interludes from the man who brought you All Young People Are C*nts and Bill Hicks Wasn’t Very Good.

If you like observations about how men and women behave differently or anecdotes about someone’s crazy mate don’t come.

“Funny, clever and as brilliantly observed as you’ll find” - The Scotsman

“Palpably funny” - ★★★★★ - Herald

“His daftness is little short of surreal genius” - The Stage
