Wes Zaharuk

Wes Zaharuk

Canadian Wes Zaharuk’s hilarious and anarchic physical comedy easily makes him one of the most exciting acts on the UK circuit. A one-man tour de force with a world-wide reputation for fast-paced, surreal humour, razor wit and an eccentric collection of props. If you like to laugh until you cry then Wes is an absolute must see. See him while he’s in town and expect the unexpected.

Come and see Wes, but expect the unexpected. We guarantee you will not have seen household objects used in the way Wes uses them before.

An absolute must see.

“Twin Peaks meets Cirque Du Soleil” - Toronto Sun

“A rib-tickling dive into the surreal” - Channel Four

“Simply amazing” - Toronto Star

Duncan Oakley

Duncan Oakley

As heard on BBC Radio 4's "Shappi Talk", Duncan Oakley is an artschool dropout and songwriter who has performed live since he was fifteen and then joined the comedy circuit in 1999. Duncan performs an infectious mix of musical comedy and stand up with one of his trusty guitars - Maurice (Fender Strat), No.7 (acoustic) or his Les Paul (the Lezza) by his side.

With an eye and ear for the silly, rude, playful and downright irritating occurrences of life Duncan musters up songs that not only make you laugh, they bury into the recesses of your mind and find you a humming tune with a smile on your face 3 days later, confused and wondering where it’s come from.

A talented all-round musician Duncan can also perform with harmonica, drums & piano as a one man musical whirlwind, and is a regular at the biggest comedy clubs around the UK and also all of the biggest music festivals.

“Oakley's routine deftly mixes the tunes with the stand-up” - City Life

“...the encore had me in tears of laughter” - BBC

“...an excellent entertainer and musical/comedy genius well worth seeing!” - The National Student

Tiernan Douieb

MC Tiernan Douieb

Tiernan has been doing the stand-up thing for a little while now. In that time he’s graced many a stage with his beardy face, playing gigs all over the UK and abroad. Douieb’s friendly manner and fast paced gags have made him a highly sought after compere and act on the circuit.

Over the past few years Tiernan has supported International star Jim Jefferies and Russell Howard, worked as warm up for Mark Watson’s We Need Answers, BBC’s Dick and Dom’s Funny Business.and played at some of the top music festivals in the UK.

“Douieb performs with such confidence that it's easy to overlook how well his material comes together, or how often he generates laughter” - Fest

“Small in stature, not in talent” - The Scotsman

“With this fresh style and material he blows so many other Fringe comedians out of the water” - Three Weeks
