Carl Hutchinson & Matt Reed

This show will feature two preview shows:

Carl Hutchinson: Learning The Ropes

If the world ended today, how would you be remembered?

In this show, Carl contemplates what exactly he's brought to the table of life and why he’s even asking such questions at the age of 27. Between doing his job as a comedian and being a lifelong fan of wrestling, he hasn't really done that much.

Carl explains his love of wrestling and how it's remained the one constant from childhood to adulthood. Attempting to escape the strict parameters of stand-up and wrestling, how can he improve the CV of such a sheltered existence?

“He absolutely blows the roof off... An absolute must... The next big thing” - The Skinny

“Hutchinson is a comedy catalyst to a good night out” - Three Weeks

“Hutchinson has it all” - Broadway Baby

Matt Reed: Stalked

As cheeky as he is wonderfully brutal, Sunderland boy Matt is soon making his eagerly awaited Edinburgh Festival Fringe debut with his solo show: 'Stalked'.

Matt is a comic, and like many comics he was excruciatingly lonely... until five years ago, when he met the girl of his dreams, fell in love, and experienced four years of absolute hell. Love hurts, but being catfished will tear your heart out.

This is the story about how his life got flipped, turned upside down, and he'd like to take a minute – just sit right there – to tell you about the time he was stalked.

Packed with jokes, Stalked provides a fascinating insight into the dark world of catfishing.

“Absolutely hilarious” - BBC

“Fantastic” - The Independent

“Consistently has the crowd in stitches” - The Sunderland Echo
