A man who has jokes. Jokes about manliness, womanliness, hobbies, ageing, fighting, perfume, beards, snoods, feminism, fundamentalism, and hopefully some profound understanding about life itself.
Alun has been doing solo stand-up shows at the Edinburgh Festival since 2004. He is heard on Radio 4 in 'Alun Cochrane's Fun House', 'Just A Minute' and has performed his observational autobiographical comedy on various stand-up and panel shows on TV. He is affectionately known as 'The Cockerel' on Absolute Radio's Frank Skinner show and podcast.

As seen on Dave's One Night Stand, Celebrity Juice, 8 out of 10 Cats, The Friday Night Project, and much more, Rob Rouse comes to the Darlington Comedy Festival with an hour of new material!
At the time of going to press, Rob’s material is a closely guarded secret. He did recently have an appointment at the doctors regarding his bottom, so there’s a very good chance there will be some sort of reaction to this experience and any subsequent appointments.
Rob and Alun fully intend to travel up together, either on their motorcycles like two renegades, the kind of guys who you can’t pin down, mavericks in the purest sense. Or they may well car share, in which case Alun will have a keen eye on their miles per gallon en route. Literally anything could happen. Crazy times.
