Tom Binns

Tom Binns: Summertime Special 2016 With Ivan Brackenbury and Ian D Montfort

Star of the critically acclaimed BBC One TV show Hospital People is back with an updated version of his sell-out five-star one-man variety show Club Sets.

Tom is an award-winning and critical acclaimed character comedian working the International Comedy Festivals and the UK Stand Up Comedy Circuit. He's arguably earned more five-star reviews than any other comedian.

Tom's been nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award, MySpace Comedy Award and Perth Fringe Comedy Award (twice). He's a "Fosters Comedy God", he's won Best International Act at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival, Adelaide Fringe (twice), Nottingham Comedy Festival and 3 Sony Gold Awards. He's also Midlands Comedian of the year.

“Binns has his character absolutely nailed, and mines the comic seam ruthlessly to create top-quality entertainment with practically universal appeal” - The Guardian

“...there is no technical hitch that could put a dent in this delightful show. It borders on a surfeit of comedy riches.” - The Scotsman

“a breakneck pace of delivery that pounds out the gags with barely room to breathe - and a level of charm that could propel him to megastardom” - The Guardian

Ian D. Montfort

Ian D. Montfort: How to Touch Dead People

A TED Talk spoof: Ian demonstrates how he communicates with the spirits. More mind blowing metaphysical magic and award-winning character comedy from the star of BBC One's Hospital People.

“The character remains hilarious even as the tricks become remarkable. It is two shows for the price of one: pin-sharp character comedy and metaphysical magic” - The Guardian

“The style of the act is genius – if it works, it's impressive, if it doesn't work, well it's all part of the joke” - Chortle

“Spookily skilful, wonderfully observed and hysterically funny” - Time Out
